All products sold by AlphaBio Research are intended strictly for laboratory and in vitro research purposes only.

Our compounds are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and they are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of administration to humans or animals.

By purchasing from AlphaBio Research, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher or duly trained professional, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you will handle and use these compounds solely within a controlled research setting in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Policies in their entirety. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Any information published on this website — including descriptions, clinical study summaries, citations, and educational content — is provided strictly for informational and educational reference. Orders are processed through our secure checkout. Due to the nature of our products and processing partners, your checkout receipt may display your order as a digital or generic product. This is a normal part of our payment workflow and does not affect your order — your physical research vials will be packed and shipped, and you will receive an order confirmation and tracking information by email.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

In-stock orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. AlphaBio Research is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Because our products are sterile research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.

Compounds should be stored refrigerated (2–8°C) upon arrival unless otherwise indicated. AlphaBio Research is not liable for any degradation, loss of potency, or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaBio Research, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use our products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or lost profits. You assume full responsibility for the handling and use of any product purchased from us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaBio Research from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our products outside their intended research purpose.

All site content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is the property of AlphaBio Research or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We collect only the information necessary to process and ship your order, including name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers (shipping carriers, payment processors) strictly to fulfill your order, or as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below.

This website and our products are intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 or older. By entering the site and placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AlphaBio Research is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
